I began my professional experience working over the summer at Two by Four as an account services intern after my freshman year. The medium-sized firm based in Chicago gave me the opportunity to dive head first into the creative realm of advertising.
My main accounts while at the agency included the Chicago Bears, Wrangler, Snap-On and Firestone. One of my main tasks included intensive market research on unique goods, target demographics and competing businesses. With this information, my team and I would prepare sampling books and presentations to help with pitches to new and existing clients.
Due to the firm's size, we worked directly with creative, production and planning to execute projects from beginning to end. Our services included various mediums that encompassed print, radio, internet, TV and experiential works.
